All products are made to order.

Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
